It is the coverage of CDW and FDW that cover the repair expenses of the rental car in case of an accident. Prerequisite is that the Greek driving code has not been violated and that all the rules and procedures in case of an accident have been followed.

It is the coverage that covers all the expenses of repair of the rental car in case of an accident with no excess (renter’s responsibility).

CDW is usually included in car rentals with Thirty3rentacar. It limits your financial responsibility if the rental car is damaged. However, you still have to pay a deductible (excess), typically between €700 and €1,500, depending on the vehicle type. It does not cover damage to tires, glass, undercarriage, or roof. It also excludes damages from negligence or unauthorized use.

Η CDW συνήθως περιλαμβάνεται στις ενοικιάσεις αυτοκινήτων της Thirty3rentacar. Περιορίζει την οικονομική σας ευθύνη σε περίπτωση ζημιάς στο αυτοκίνητο, αλλά παραμένετε υπεύθυνοι για το ποσό απαλλαγής, το οποίο κυμαίνεται συνήθως από €700 έως €1.500, ανάλογα με τον τύπο του αυτοκινήτου. When you arrive one of our representatives will wait you with a note writing your name on. In cases of airport congestion we will call you at your cell phone and we will meet to the airport’s meeting point.

1. BASIC CDW INSURANCE

Financial responsibility
The basic CDW limits the renter’s financial responsibility for collision damage to the rental vehicle.
Excess up to €700
For covered damage, the renter is responsible for the actual repair cost up to €700 per incident. If the damage costs less, only the actual cost is charged. If it exceeds €700, the renter’s liability is limited to €700.
Conditions
Cover applies provided that the rental agreement is respected and every incident is reported immediately to Thirty3 Rent a Car.
Not covered
Glass, mirrors, tyres/wheels, underbody, interior, keys, misfuelling, and damage caused by off-road driving or negligence.

2. SCDW UPGRADE - €0 EXCESS

The optional upgrade reduces the excess to €0 and provides comprehensive cover around the vehicle, including the body, glass, mirrors, underbody, tyres and wheels. 24/7 roadside assistance is included.

No credit card and no security deposit are required.

3. DELIVERY & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Airport service
Airport delivery and/or collection: +€25. This service is free for rentals of 7 days or more.
Kos Town & other areas
Delivery and collection within Kos Town: free of charge. For locations outside Kos Town: +€15.
Night service
Delivery or collection between 22:00 and 08:00: additional charge of €20.
Child seats
Baby seat: €5 per day • Booster seat: €3 per day.

4. IMPORTANT EXCLUSIONS

No insurance cover applies when the vehicle is driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs, off-road, by an unauthorised driver, with gross negligence, or in breach of traffic laws. Lost/damaged keys, misfuelling, traffic fines and related costs are not covered.

1. ΒΑΣΙΚΗ ΑΣΦΑΛΙΣΗ CDW

Οικονομική ευθύνη
Η βασική κάλυψη CDW περιορίζει την οικονομική ευθύνη του ενοικιαστή για ζημιές στο ενοικιαζόμενο όχημα από σύγκρουση.
Απαλλαγή έως €700
Σε περίπτωση καλυπτόμενης ζημιάς, ο ενοικιαστής ευθύνεται για το πραγματικό κόστος επισκευής έως €700 ανά περιστατικό. Αν η ζημιά κοστίζει λιγότερο, χρεώνεται μόνο το πραγματικό κόστος. Αν υπερβαίνει τα €700, η ευθύνη περιορίζεται στα €700.
Προϋποθέσεις
Η κάλυψη ισχύει εφόσον τηρούνται οι όροι του συμβολαίου και κάθε περιστατικό αναφέρεται αμέσως στην Thirty3 Rent a Car.
Δεν καλύπτει
Τζάμια, καθρέφτες, ελαστικά/ζάντες, κάτω μέρος, εσωτερικό, κλειδιά, λάθος καύσιμο και ζημιές από οδήγηση εκτός δρόμου ή αμέλεια.

2. ΑΝΑΒΑΘΜΙΣΗ SCDW - €0 EXCESS

Η προαιρετική αναβάθμιση μειώνει την απαλλαγή στα €0 και καλύπτει περιμετρικά το όχημα, συμπεριλαμβανομένων αμαξώματος, τζαμιών, καθρεφτών, κάτω μέρους, ελαστικών και ζαντών. Περιλαμβάνεται 24ωρη οδική βοήθεια.

Αεροδρόμιο
Παράδοση ή/και παραλαβή στο αεροδρόμιο: +€25. Η υπηρεσία παρέχεται δωρεάν για ενοικιάσεις 7 ημερών και άνω.
Πόλη Κω & άλλες περιοχές
Παράδοση και παραλαβή εντός της πόλης της Κω: δωρεάν. Για περιοχές εκτός πόλης: +€15.
Νυχτερινή εξυπηρέτηση
Παράδοση ή παραλαβή από 22:00 έως 08:00: επιπλέον χρέωση €20.
Παιδικά καθίσματα
Baby seat: €5 ανά ημέρα • Booster seat: €3 ανά ημέρα.

4. ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΕΣ ΕΞΑΙΡΕΣΕΙΣ

Καμία κάλυψη δεν ισχύει σε περίπτωση οδήγησης υπό την επήρεια αλκοόλ ή ουσιών, εκτός ασφαλτοστρωμένου δρόμου, από μη δηλωμένο οδηγό, με σοβαρή αμέλεια ή κατά παράβαση του Κ.Ο.Κ. Δεν καλύπτονται απώλεια/ζημιά κλειδιών, λάθος καύσιμο, πρόστιμα και έξοδα που προκύπτουν από παραβάσεις.
